He previously interned at Boston Private Financial Holding as Loan Servicing Specialist in spring of 2017. Brennon Brown is the founder and senior consultant for Dizzyatom, LLC in Boston, MA. He has been envisioning, designing and developing solutions for businesses for over twenty years and enjoys applying his network and software engineering experience for clients as they transition new projects or established operations into the cloud. He is currently the principal architect and platform provider for some of the world’s largest life science/pharmaceutical companies who share their proprietary clinical trial data with researchers around the globe.

George Karmelich

George Karmelich is pursuing an MS in Computer Science with specializations in Artificial Intelligence and Database Management at Northeastern University. Prior to his immersion in computer science, he started his career as an accountant in the hedge fund and private client services industries, working for firms such as Deloitte and BDO. For the Hub of Analytics Education, George utilizes his business and technological acumen to design and build big data aggregation software. He then applies machine learning and statistical analysis techniques to the data, discovering key insights and predicting the effect of business decisions. A lifelong Husky, George earned his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Northeastern.

Carol Lee is currently a PhD student studying Information Systems for Data Science at UMass Boston. She earned her MS in Business Analytics and BS in Computer Science and Information Science from Northeastern University. Prior to her graduate studies, Carol was an Assistant Vice President at Citigroup developing trading, investment, and accounting platforms. She has consulted for numerous startups in the Boston area, and is an elected member of the Startup Institute Alumni Committee. She has published conference proceedings related to healthcare information systems and data management for the European Conference on Information Systems and International Conference on Information Quality. Carol is co-author on the original dataset on the HUB of Analytics Education.
Suhrud Lowalekar

Suhrud Lowalekar is currently pursuing a MS in Engineering Management with a graduate diploma in Data Science at Northeastern University. He earned his BTech in Computer Science from The College of Engineering Pune, India. Suhrud was a Data Science Co-op Associate with the consumer analytics team at the Staples' Velocity Lab in Cambridge, MA. He works as a Data Engineer for the HUB Of Analytics Education where he leverages his expertise in data wrangling and scripting to build the infrastructure for tangible analysis.
Michaele Morrow

Michaele L. Morrow, Ph.D., CPA is the Director of the Center for Executive Education and an Associate Professor of Accounting at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. She is the Program Director for the Executive MBA program at Suffolk. Professor Morrow has professional experience in all areas of accounting, and her research focuses on how people and businesses react to changes in tax policy. She also trains tax professionals at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Michaele is the co-author of the BA Toys tax case (coming soon).

Dan has assisted with updating existing Bibitor Audit cases and is currently working to co-author new Audit cases for BCGG. Raique Pereira is a third-year student at Northeastern University. He is currently pursuing an undergraduate in Computer Science with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Northeastern University. Currently, he is a Data Engineer for HUB of Analytics Education where he is tasked with analyzing and engineering big datasets. His computer science background provides him the capabilities of developing software with valuable insights about a particular business decision. Upon graduation, Raique hopes to bring his interests and specialties into the entrepreneurship world.

Theophanis Stratopoulos
Associate Professor
Theophanis C. Stratopoulos is Associate Professor of information systems at the School of Accounting and Finance at the University of Waterloo. His research interests focus on financial performance and competitive implications of IT enabled business strategies, and his work has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Communications of the ACM, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Information and Management, International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, and Journal of Information Systems. Currently, he is working on projects related to emerging technology adoption. Two of his recent projects explore the implications of data analytics from an accounting standpoint: "Big Data Analytics: Opportunity or Threat for the Accounting Profession?" and "Audit Data Analytics Use: An Exploratory Analysis." He is a member of the Audit Data Analytics Task Force for CPA Canada. Theo is the first external contributor to the HUB of Analytics Education.

Chase is currently working to co-author select upcoming cases and has assisted with the update of past case content to reflect new data releases. Editorial Team

The Editorial Team curate submissions published on the HUB of Analytics Education. As a member of the Editorial Team, you are assigned to review or edit educational materials aligned with your expertise. 

Coding Team

The Coding Team works with both the Editorial Team and the Development Team to automate the creation of educational materials on the HUB of Analytics Education. The Coding Team works closely with the Co-Founders on a variety of projects, including the development of new Datvironments.

Development Team

The Development Team works directly with the Co-Founders to create new datasets, exercises, and other supporting materials that make up our Datvironments. You will create business case materials, flowcharts, and process manuals.
